The PrimeWay Foundation donates to local nonprofits emphasizing organizations that help children and provide healthcare and education. We provide scholarships to youth to help them build skills and develop opportunities.

Student Scholarships

The money you need for a bright future.

Every year, we award $9,000 in scholarships to deserving students in Harris, Fort Worth, and Washington Counties – because we believe every student's dream matters.

BE A Resource for CPS Kids

This advocacy is represented through the basic necessities and supportive services provided for children going into and out of the child protection systems.

The PrimeWay Foundation has donated more than $20,000 to BEAR to help care for children who don’t have adequate family support

MCJCF Scholarship Fund

We stand in solidarity with the Missouri City Juneteenth Celebration Foundation and are extremely proud to provide this scholarship to deserving students across Fort Bend County.

We look forward to enabling the dreams of our future leaders and influencers that will be continuing making our community a great one.

Houston Food Bank

With the help of members and donors, the PrimeWay Foundation has given $21,969.98 to the Houston Food Bank.

Because of your contributions, we’re helping the Houston Food Bank to provide 65,909 meals to families in our community who struggle to put food on the table.

How do I become a member of the PrimeWay Foundation?

To become a member, complete the membership form and pay the $5 membership fee. You can make an additional donation to help with scholarships and grants if you wish. You can also donate without joining the Prime Foundation. There are numerous ways to help our community!

We will use your list of interests and skills to notify you of upcoming opportunities where you can help make a difference in the community. In the past, our Foundation members have volunteered and helped wrap and deliver Christmas gifts to children, staff foodbank and warehouse personnel for organizations like Be A Resource. Members are eligible to serve as directors on the Foundation Board. This is a 100% volunteer organization, and we use all manner of volunteer efforts, including graphic design, fundraising, office assistance and more. Become a PrimeWay Foundation Member.

How can I get involved?

You can also become a member of the PrimeWay Foundation and get involved by volunteering your time and expertise.

Yes! We are always grateful when someone wants to donate. If you would like to contribute, please donate here.

What organizations get donations from the PrimeWay Foundation?

We partner with community-based organizations that help children, provide healthcare and provide education. A few examples are The Houston Foodbank, Be a Resource, Shriners Hospital, MD Anderson and The Methodist Foundation. Additionally, we provide scholarships each year to local high school and college students.

I am a 501(c)(3), can the PrimeWay Foundation help my organization?

Each year the PrimeWay Foundation Board meets to select the organizations for grant distribution. If you would like your organization to be considered, please contact Keith Huckabay, Executive Director, at ask@primewayfoundation.org.
